We are unfortunately unable to provide a refund for shipping costs on promotional products. The shipping cost is incurred by our logistics partner right when your order is placed, and there is no product price for us to refund.

To make a return, please contact us by email at info@manualcollective.com to notify us of the reason of your return. Please include your full name and order number as reference. Upon receipt of your email we will send you a Returns Authorisation email.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your watch to us within the first 14 days following your delivery date and we will offer you a full refund or exchange for non-promotional products.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new, unused and re-sellable condition. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 2 weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s original payment form. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs.

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via info@manualcollective.com We can give you the inside info.

Due to overwhelming demand for our products, shipping is estimated to take 3-4 weeks. Shipping time can vary internationally, based on local couriers.

Your order begins processing as soon as it is placed, and a tracking number will usually update within a few days of placing your order.

Like many great American companies, we currently ship from our warehouse in Asia. 

As a result, we are able to keep our costs low and pass on savings to the customer. This is why sometimes our items take a little longer to arrive at your door. 

We cannot be held responsible for any import charges made by your country's customs. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay additional fees. 

We are NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with their local post office.

We work with an automated fulfillment platform. As a result, your order begins processing almost immediately after you submit your order.

As long as you reach out to us immediately regarding changing your address, we may be able to make the change before your item is processed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address in any other cases.

The billing addresses is currently non editable to prevent and secure against payments fraud. Please note that all details submitted are final.

If your order has not arrived in the specified delivery time (30 days), you can track your order to see where it is located. Sometimes orders are delayed due to customs hold ups. Please also reach out to our customer service team at info@manualcollective.com and we will provide you with an update. But if 30 days haven't gone, we can't do anything. So send us a message after 30 days if not order received. 

We're so sorry to hear the order arrived damaged!

Please send us a photo of the damaged item.  We will send you a new product, free of charge.

We're very sorry to hear that you received the incorrect product. Sometimes our fulfillment team does make mistakes, and we sincerely apologize for this.

If this is indeed the case, please send us a quick photo of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will make it up to you by sending you the correct product right away, free of charge. You can keep the additional product you received as well.
